Shipping fees will be calculated during the payment process, following your delivery area and the choosen shipping method.
Colissimo delivery is free for all orders over 59€ in France and over 200€ for the rest of Europe.
Chronopost delivery is free for all order above 149€ within France and above 300€ for the rest of Europe.

If you order items for delivery outside French territory, the package may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

In the event of the return of one or more item (s), we will not reimburse the import taxes. You would be responsible for the procedures for recovering these taxes from your customs authorities.
If you are not satisfied with one or more products upon receipt of your order, you have 10 days from the date of receipt of the package to notify the Return Service by email (firstname.lastname@example.org ) by indicating your order number or send your order directly to the Return Department.
You can exchange or request a refund for your order, provided that the items are returned in their original packaging, unworn, and accompanied by the invoice from aarhonparis.com.
Items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you. No return in cash on delivery will be accepted.

In the event of a refund request, aarhonparis.com will refund the full amount of your order within a period of less than or equal to 15 days following the date of receipt of the returned package, except for the return costs which remain at your expense.
